Henry Ford was known to be the Ford Motor Company’s founder. With his innovative ideas and hard work, Henry eventually became among the most renowned and richest persons in the world. But behind this success, there are also some challenges and difficulty that the dramatis personae has undergone.
Henry was born on July 30, 1863 and died on April 7, 1947. He has two sisters and brothers. He was born and grew up in Greenfield Township, Michigan. Henry’s father is a farmer and he was the one that is supposed to take over the family farm. But Henry is not interested in farming at all. He likes constructing things and machines.
Henry Ford, at the age of 15, started working as a watch repairman. He left their home when he was 16 and went to Detroit. There, Henry became an apprentice machinist.
Later, Henry began his career as an engineer in the year 1891. By the year 1899, he decided to run a company, but failed. But despite the happening, Henry did not lose hope and continued working hard, until he was able to establish the Ford Motor Company in 1903 and that made him a great man of the history. His company became the largest carmaker company in the world such as the Mazda, Ford, Mercury, Land Rover, Volvo, and Lincoln. Henry was also a pioneer in manufacturing by the use of the assembly lines. By this, the company was able to produce a large scale of cars that are offered at affordable prices. This gave the American mid-class families the chance to purchase and enjoy such cars.
